Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. Sessions are free and open to all MIAD students, staff and faculty. All levels of fitness are welcome! Modifications and adjustments are made, as needed to suit the individual participants. Bring some H20 and join us on Friday afternoons from 2-3 pm in the Student Union / or directly outside on the adjoining Riverwalk for ZUMBA!
This semester our Zumba Instructors are Linda and Dumah Saafir (Afro-Latin themed w/ live drumming) and Tremain ‘Trey” Rembert (Hip-Hop themed w/ amplification).
