Montserrat College of Art has space for additional participants in its 4-week, 6-credit summer program in Niigata, Japan. Program runs from May 19 – June 16th, 2024. Applications are due December 22, 2023.
Students will take a Japanese Art and Culture course and choose from one of three studio courses: Bookmaking in Japan; Drawing Manga in Japan; or Printmaking in Japan. Cost is $7000 and includes 6 college-level credits, roundtrip airfare between Boston and Japan, in-country rail and bus travel, housing, some meals, and course supplies.
