All MIAD students are eligible for any public class at Yama Yoga. Located on the corner of Broadway and Buffalo, Yama Yoga is only two blocks away from MIAD. Yama Yoga offers classes for every skill level, seven days a week. Yoga is a great way to relieve stress, practice mindfulness, and exercise.
